If you are coming for a facial, please try to arrive with a clean face. It is also very helpful if you can bring a list or photos of the skincare products you currently use at home.

Don’t worry – that is perfectly normal. I recommend booking a Skin Consultation first. We will talk about your goals and choose the right treatment for your skin together.

You can book your visit through our online booking system or by contacting me directly. Please note that a fixed deposit of £30 is required to secure your appointment. This ensures that your time is reserved exclusively for you.

The deposit is applied toward the cost of your treatment on the day of your visit. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable if you fail to attend your appointment or if you do not give at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellation.

The £30 deposit is paid online through our secure booking system. For the remaining balance at the clinic, we accept all payment methods, including cash and all major credit/debit cards.

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please let me know at least 48 hours in advance.
